He has to serve his nation for two years away from the lights, cameras, and even from stardom. He unreservedly accept those responsibilities for his beloved country, not to mention that he was at the peak of his career when he send-off from the showbiz industry. That’s why I’m very proud of him!

I’ve never been an emotional person when it comes to goodbyes, for I believe that they will be coming back and see each other again. But during that time, when Kim Nam Gil uttered his last words to his fans, (“You will wait for me right?”) I just don’t know why I shed tears. I am sad… very sad! It’s as if I’m losing someone so dear to me. He may be just an icon whom I used to see on my television, amazed by his acting skills, and smitten by his good stance. But I miss those things, I miss him a lot.  Kim Nam Gil is like an everyday routine for me. Seeing him on my tv screen was like eating my meal three times a day.
