First Asian "Rainbow Award" ceremony on television on March 22, was held at Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Center. South Korean director Hyung Min from the hit SBS 2010 drama "Bad Guy" won the best director.
Asian "Rainbow Award" TV Awards is the first ever large-scale Hong Kong Asia Television Festival Awards, sponsored by the Hong Kong Association of television professionals, the current from 13 Asian countries and regions participated in more than 40 works. South Korea works, "Ji House" and "Sungkyunkwan scandal" nominated for best costume drama, "Bad Guy" was nominated for best dramas.
"Bad man" is also nominated for best director, best screenplay, best actor and actress, and Best Action Choreography Award six awards. Directed by Hyung Min defeated Japan's "sky of the Pleiades," the director Wang Jun, China's "golden rain Love," the director Zheng Xiaolong Award-winning best director.
Director Hyung Min said, when he was a child he would often watch Hong Kong films. The award in Hong Kong filled with emotion. He wanted to convey through thick and thin of this winning crew and actors.
Hyung Min directed so far, "Sang Doo, let's go to school", "Sorry, I love you", "The Snow Queen" and other works, which receives a strong and attractive image at Korea and abroad.
